TaBouli

RAW Tabouli!
You can make RAW tabouli just soak bulgar wheat in water and lemon or lime juice instead of boiling water. Then add your other basic ingredients Tomato, Parsley, Mint, Olive Oil, and some garlic and pepper.
I am working on a wheat alternative I hear hemp seeds are good, but I will let you know.
